Noodles' Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

So today, instead of writing my article for my internship, I decided to make up a recipe for banana bread. My nickname is Noodles, hence the title of the recipe. So here it is, and enjoy :)

Ingredients:
3 or 4 large, ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1/2 stick of butter, melted
3/4 cup of sugar
4 heaping tablespoons of nonfat, plain yogurt
Lots of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:
Preheat the over to 350 degrees Farenheit. Spray a bread pan with non-stick spray. Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl. Once fully mashed, combine the rest of the ingredients, including the chocolate chips...you can add as many or as few as you want. Bake the bread for approximately 45 minutes, checking with a toothpick to make sure that the center is cooked all the way through. Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then enjoy!

  1. I appreciate you adding the Chocolate Chips to your recipe. They are often left out of a good Banana Bread recipe.
